3. FunCard Terms

  • FunCards are a stored-value card used to pay for games, food, and merchandise in the park.
  • You must not share or sell your FunCard. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately.
  • Funds on your FunCard may not be refundable, except where required by law or at the discretion of Lala-Land Park.

4. Payments and Refunds

When using Lala-Land services, you agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other visitors, staff, or park property.
  • Attempt to manipulate or cheat FunCard balances, game systems, or any park services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials on our website, app, and park premises are the property of Lala-Land Park and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

7. Use of Photographs and Media Content

Lala-Land Park may capture photographs and video recordings within the park premises for operational, promotional, and documentation purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and other authorised digital or print media owned or managed by Lala-Land.

Clear disclaimer notices are displayed throughout the park informing guests that by entering the premises, they acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded in publicly accessible areas.

Guests who do not wish to have their images captured or used are required to notify the Park Management or designated staff members upon entry. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure such individuals are excluded from published media or that their images are not used in any identifiable manner.
